Adding an email as an action to multiple constituents at once

Is there a way to add an email from outlook as an action to all of the constituents at once rather than each one individually? As it is, if we BCC 40 people into an email and want it to show up in all of their records we would have to use the add in 40 times to add it to each record individually.

I'm new to RE and NXT, so may have missed something obvious.

@Jon ColemanReed In NXT when adding an action, you can add more constituents to that action, but with that number, it is likely easiest to add the action using a Global Add in Database View. Here is the KB on how to do it, as long as you have a query of the constituents, it's pretty easy to do:

@Stu Hawkins is there a limit to how many people can be in a list for it to work?
