Does anyone have a vendor they use like EZEScan to automate gift entry into RE? I'm curious how expensive it is, as well as how accurate it is at reading the information. We are beginning a capital campaign and have donor's setting up pledges and are getting bogged down in the data entry. Thanks!

    Following! We came out of a campaign not that long ago and there were several new issues with gift entry that we ran into. I am interested in this as well however I don't know how accurate automated gift entry would be. I am also looking at the apps in Marketplace and the ones associated with Power Automate. There may be somethings there that are helpful and possibly free.

    We have SmartSYNC which is a paid for partner product on the marketplace. We have linked up several gift systems to RENXT to automate pushing gift data into the database. Contact our support guys if interested in discussing further support at smartthing.org.

    @Laura Hofstrand We use the Aq2 technology to automate our gifting. It's a really cool method that sends gifts back to Raiser's Edge. Please let me know if you'd want to learn more. Excellent team to work with.
