Issues with RE/NXT

Is anyone having issues with RE/NXT? Data entry ‘hangs up’ on us, keeps spinning. Takes awhile before it will move to the next field. Very frustrating when posting gifts or entering new constituents. Has anyone moved away from RE/NXT? If so, what CRM did you choose?

    @Peggy Smith YES. We are experiencing great difficulty posting and running queries/exports in RE. We are quite frustrated with the delay and its continued performance degradation. At this point we do not have an alternate solution, but open to hear what others have to share.
