User defaulting into the test database
Hello,
I have a user who when they log in to RENXT it defaults them to the test database that was set up a few years ago, is there a way to change that so they get put into our main database to start. Thanks for any assistance!

Yes she does, everytime she logs into NXT she has to switch over to the live production database.0 -
@Jeremy Dashiell - Does she need access to the sandbox database? Can you remove her access at least temporarily and see what happens?
