Volunteers Functional Area
Just wondering if anyone out there is using the Volunteers functional area and whether they also have a separate volunteer management system (external volunteer facing system) that integrates/imports data to BBCRM?

@Kami Ward Hi Kami, we use the Volunteer area and also created a Volunteer portal for BBIS, so that Volunteers can update their details and upload documents.

We don't use the volunteer functional area, but we do have a separate system (NationBuilder) that we use to manage volunteers in our community organising program. There is a manual (export/import) interface that we run between the system multiple times per week to keep the data in sync.1 -
