Until recently, when looking at students in Academics/Enrollment Management, you could navigate directly from student to student without having to exit out to the main list. Now the “Save and Next” button is gone and we have to exit out to the main list and click on the next student to look at their schedule. Please bring back the original navigation options!!!

    @Katherine Lewis agreed we have found the same issue. It was such a simple thing, and I cannot understand what benefit there could be by removing the “save and next” button. It was so much more efficient a few days ago!

    @Katherine Lewis Agree 100% - I am not sure why they would take that away. That button is so fundamental as we are going through sections and balancing classes where we need to quickly scan student schedules and make small adjustments.

    @Katherine Lewis Completely agree! When I called the BB service rep said BB took the button away during the last “upgrade,” but could not give me a reason why or let me know if it will be reinstalled. As Chris stated, this button is fundamental.

    Blackbaud, please reinstall this button ASAP!

    @Elizabeth Grace Thanks for this update on what tech support shared with you. I figured it was a mistake and it would be restored in this morning's update, but it was not. This is extremely frustrating that such a fundamental feature was removed without any reason. I have a ticket open with Blackbaud on where it went, and the tech support response I received was that they were not aware of anything and are still investigating it.

    @Katherine Lewis I was alerted to the fact that Save and Next has been fixed, and I can now see it again on the manage enrollment page!

    I apologize for the confusion with the information provided if you reached out to support. The button going missing was not intentional and should not have occurred.

    As Chris just replied, the issue has been resolved and you should see the button again when accessing Student Enrollment.
