Do you have an alert/notification for constituents with outstanding pledges?

We're new users of Altru, having come from Raiser's Edge. In Raiser's Edge, when one started adding a payment for a constituent, there was an automatic warning if the constituent had an outstanding pledge. It was a very useful feature.

Is it possible to set up a similar kind of alert in Altru? Or do you have other clever ways of making sure that payments end up correctly applied to the relevant pledge?

    Create a query for constiuents with a pledge balance and select dynamic selection. Then under administration, tools create a notification that uses the query. That will set up a pop-up when the constituents record is opened

    @Debbie McKenzie Thank you! That was so much easier than I expected. And I can even restrict who gets the pop-up to only those who need to see it.
