Purchasing card charges not pulling from bank

Several purchasing card charges are not pulling from Regions

    I had a recent similar issue and this was the offered solution.

    1. In Treasury > Credit card accounts, open the credit card account in question
    2. In the Active cards tile click the ellipses next the to the card
    3. Select Search transactions
    [How to Search]
    * Enter a valid date range and click Search
    [Search for transaction]

    It worked and I've been able to successfully refresh transactions through 8/25/22.
    However, I was not able to on 8/26 and thought it was just a glitch.
    But, it also didn't work today. I'll contact Case Support if it remains an issue tomorrow morning.
