Forms on Resource Boards

@Amanda Polson these are Custom Forms - under website -→Content-→Additional content types. These are data collection forms, no payment with them

@Coco Parham I use the forms in Core for things not related to Academics - like the profile update form and a grandparent info form. It's also a way I keep a separation from others that need access to forms. I give them the Academic form access and reserve the Core forms for myself and a very select few.

@Coco Parham We were not sure what we were doing when we originally set things up 2 years ago and we created all of our forms in Core - we weren't sure at what point a candidate/incoming student/student could see forms in Academics, so we defaulted to making everything in Core EXCEPT for the medical forms. Now that we have all our forms built in Core, it's just easier to use them there.

@Anita Pinkerton same experience here. We created them in Academics (and a few in Extracurricular). But we enroll the student before they can see any forms. Thanks for sharing!
