Constituent Profiles

Can anyone provide a good resource to create a constituent profile that I can easily print for a solicitor? They are looking for a general overview that can be shared with a volunteer that doesn't have access to NXT. It could be in Database view or NXT. Just need something that is easy to provide when asked. Thanks!!

@Kimberly Corrado Welcome to the BB Community.

In database view, have you looked at Reports > Profiles, Lists and Directories > Constituent Profile?

On the profile contents tab chose the data you want to include. My caution is if you have years of data in RE and choose a lot of content to include and are running it for a large # of records it will take a while to generate. One record is not bad and you can try it with different info.

We used these as base info for interviewer when conducting feasibility study.

I second what @JoAnn Strommen suggested. We used the Constituent Profiles for years in db view. Once you have the profile template set up, you just go to the donor record, click “File”, “Print”, "Constituent Profile”.

Alternatively, you can create a query/export/Word merge to filter info more precisely or pull dozens of records simultaneously. We did this when creating major donor folders for volunteer solicitors in our last campaign ask. This allowed us to output info like their class year, current ask amount, etc. without divulging giving history or the like. I can share our template if you want - just message me.
