I need another salutation choice other than Formal or Informal

I have had systems that allowed me to add salutations for specific staff members e.g. the President of our Foundation, so that when I prepare correspondence from BBGM for her signature I don't have to look up whether or not she addresses them formal or informal. How are you handling this?

    @Sheree Norton You could add an extra field to the Contact record using Blueprint, and then use this in any templates to be sent by the President.

    If you need many additional salutations it might be easier to use just one field for “Alternate saluations” and ask staff to write in there “President = Georgie, Trustees = George”. Then when you do the mail merge you need to look at each salutation and edit it before sending.
