I just had a conversation with a high school teacher who said he wished he could be a “student” in his class. He is often frustrated by not being able to see exactly what his student sees or from the student perspective. It would be ideal if the teacher could “impersonate” their student for their class without having broader impersonating rights. Any thoughts?

    @Candi Roberts This has also been mentioned by our teachers. Many LMSs have a button “student view” so that when you create an assignment, etc you can see what they see without the need to “impersonate.”

    I know that this is a feature that a lot of schools are looking for, but I'm curious to know a little more about the context.     One thing that we're trying to do from an LMS perspective is implement more ‘preview’ options as teachers are building out materials. You'll see an example of this in the new assessment experience once that arrives for everyone. I don't know if this is the sort of thing that teachers are expecting, however. So, I would love to hear from more of how you would expect this particular feature to function.

    @Scott Chrysler I wouldn't hold your breath on that one… that idea was posted in 2015…
