Visitu Integration
Hello,
We have the new Blackbaud and I was trying to follow the steps in this article: https://support.visitu.com/knowledge/setup-blackbaud-integration
I am a platform manager as well as have Sky API roles but I tried to sign in to Visitu, go to integration but the message below pops up. I am also a superadmin on Visitu.
Not sure what step I am missing--but any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Is it the connection through the Blackbaud marketplace that needs to be connected?0 -
@Kim Hughes I believe it was that! I ended up connecting finding Visitu on a list of apps (think it was the Blackbaud marketplace); integration worked and it is syncing.
