System running really slow

Before I sic my IT department on it, I am just trying to confirm…we are having major issues with FE NXT connectivity, and we are getting really tired of the pulsing green dot of death. Is it just us, or is there some sort of issue on the BB side? I am not seeing anything on the status page but I told my boss I would do my due diligence to determine if it is us or BB…thanks!

    I've been in several Databases today so far, and at moment not had any “performance” issues. I'd sic IT on it as currently, it sounds specific to your database / connection. IF they don't see anything specific, I'd touch base with support. make sure there isn't something happening to your database specificially.

  • @Tanya Ferguson - Not just you. I have been back and forth with support for two days now. Sending them recordings and network logs. Hopefully they get to the bottom of it soon. I see that green pulsing dot in my dreams now, lol
