Is there a quick way to change the post date on large GL journal entry other than one entry at a time?

    @Jackie Mabry In database view, if you change the default post date, on each line if you select the post date you can press F2 to insert the default value. Alternatively, and maybe more easiliy, in NXT, in the original batch, if you select more and copy batch, it will give you the option to change the post date in a new batch. You can then delete or reuse your original batch.

    @Jackie Mabry Not that I know of. Copy date, use control-down arrow to move down 1 cell in date column, paste, repeat.

    @Dan HoutReilly The method you suggest for FE NXT will also work in database, but ONLY if the date in the original/source JE is in a closed period. It would be nice if it worked copying a JE from an open period too.
