    @Donella Robb Are you not able to send EFT payment in database view? I know that currently, all Canadian users can not process EFT in webview, but still can in database view.

    @Sylvia Cook Not all the banks use the same EFT format, and the BMO one is not currently supported by Blackbaud. Blackbaud had suggested adding an Idea to the Idea Bank. Currently we submit directly to BMO, and then manually prepare/send notification emails.
