Hello all!
We are looking for institutions interested in participating in our 360 View Student Profile Early Adopter Program. This new profile provides administrative users a single student profile to access all important information regarding a student's experience with your school.
We are accepting all interested schools! Schools using Billing Management are an especially good fit for this EAP as the billing office already has the new profile surfaced.

    @Jacqueline Koca-I do have a question about the 360 Student Profile…

    If a user does not have a particular segment Access, will they still be able to see that information?

    If they don't have Enrollment Access, will they be able to see Enrollment Management?

    If they don't have Billing Management Access, will they be able to see student account activity?

    I would think the answer is no but just wanted to check before I volunteer.

    Hi @Dawn Alonso!

    You are correct, they would only have access to areas that they currently have rights to. We have adjusted and increased controls over many of the Academics areas in the profile that will allow you to have more granular control over what Academic information is available to each user.

    We would love to have you participate so if you'd like to learn more, I'd be happy to share via email a demo video of the profile and some additional details of what the EAP entails.
