Can't get Gift URL to work. What am I doing wrong?

Hello All,

I think I have the wrong URL to have a gift record open in RE NXT from an email, but I am hoping that someone in the lovely Community can provide me with the correct URL. The URL that I have is: http://renxt.blackbaud.com/gifts/gift system ID

    I'm not sure if you figured this out yet but you do have the correct url. If you are using it in an array you need to format it like this:

    "Gift Amount": "<a href=http://renxt.blackbaud.com/gifts/Gift ID>Click Here to View Gift</a>"

    If you are using it in the body of an email it is similar to this.

    Here is the URL format for the gift page:

    This URL refers to the “new” gift page - previously, the gift page was located at renxt.blackbaud.com and there is currently no redirect in place that will route users hitting the old page to the new page. We have a support ticket filed to get a redirect in place, but you can avoid the redirect altogether by using the above URL shape.
