Export Gift Summary fields not accurate

I pulled an export that has last gift and then summary info of Last 2 years of giving (average, largest, total number, and total sum). And there is a donor whose last gift is within 2 years. The info is in the Last Gift fields. But the “summary for last 2 years” is all zeroes. I have checked that soft credits are included, dates are correct, the correct gift types are included, etc. (BTW, for the summary fields I kept cash and pledge, but not pay-cash. So that makes sense why the last gift (pay-cash) was excluded. BUT the pledge was in the last 2 years. so…) Help please! TIA!

    @Bridget Everts Is there anything odd about that pledge? Is it pulling on date gift added or gift posted?

    @Bridget Everts On the gift types tab for the export is the “Use gift balance instead of gift amoutn” box checked?

    Any filters on funds/campaigns/appeals?

    @Mark Guncheon its pulling on gift date and the range is set from Nov 2020 to Nov 2022. the gift NOT included that should be was on 12.31.21

    So I exported just this 1 record and ran some tests. here's what I've learned: when I include all gift types - the gift is there. when I run cash and pay-cash but no pledge - the gift is there. When I run cash and pledge - the gift is NOT in the summary. WHY?!

    @Bridget Everts Anything peculiar about when the gift was entered or who entered it? Best way for me to help would be to see screenshots of the gift including tabs if they have data and your summary criteria.

    Also, have you checked to make sure query options match your export? I'm pretty sure this is the source of the problem since you are able to remove by changing the gift type criteria but when I have a stubborn problem. I go back to the beginning and check everything.
