Exporting RE Query

I need assistance on how to be able to access a query that I am exporting from RE database. It gives me a location to save on my computer but then after it saves I try to find it but it is not there in the location I selected.

    hey Greg, follow the steps in this KB for any exporting in RE/FE :

    @Greg Haley Don't take the default location, as it is probably being saved on the Citrix virtual machine on which RE is running and you won't be able to get to it from your computer.

    You can configure the file location in Tools\\File Locations:

    I've found that in FE database, my file location settings don't seem to work. When you goto export the querry, click the three dots….

    And then look for your Network Drive or your local C drive, save it there and you'll be able to find the file. I've setup folders with the name “_RE” and “_FE” The underscore gets the folder show at the top of the folder structure.

    @Kevin Brazell My colleagues also have this issue - when they save to any location on our local drives, the files don't actually show up. I am the only user without this issue. It is causing issues because I have to exporting everything for them.
