Hi!
We would like to backfill our Pledges and Payments records. We have approx. 500K records we would like to download. Can we get a temporary increase to accommodate our project rather than GRIND at this over two to three weeks? PLEASE?

Note: I emailed SKY Support but got no answer.

    @Sau Chun Lam will you be calling the ListGifts endpoint in the Gift SKY API to download your gift records? That endpoint supports limit=5000 so you should be able to make 100 API calls to get all 500k gifts which is well under the quota limit. Is it that you'll also need to make subsequent calls for each gift to get satellite records (tributes, custom fields, attachments, etc.)?

    Not sure if you taken care of this already, but as Ben Lambert said, if you are getting Pledge and Payment Gift Type info, the List Gift API should do well. You can change the limit to 5000 per API call, which for 500K record, means 100 API calls only, normal user get 25K API calls daily.

    Unless you are trying to call the Giftv2 endpoints to get more details info about pledge's installment and payment data, which 1 API call can only get you installments for 1 pledge at a time.

    Apologies for the late response. Appreciate the input. We were using Gift v2 endpoint for greater detail. Just had to tough it out for a month or so while we got everything downloaded. Thank you.
