Importing Large Distribution for an Invoice?

I have an invoice with 500 distribution lines, with different funds and projects.

Is there any way I can import this distribution?

So far, I have considered importing an invoice, but the layout for the file means I would have to transpose all the rows into columns, and there is a limit to how many columns you can import which is well exceeded by this distribution.

I also considered using FAST, but FAST would instead make 500 separate invoices for each amount. That would quickly flood my vendor file with far too many items to navigate reasonably, as I have an invoice of this nature two or three times a year.

Anyone have any suggestions?

    I am not sure how many different funds you have for this invoice. However, the only thing I can think of doing in this scenario is splitting the fund amount in the distribution and allocating the amounts to the appropriate projects. However, if you have a large number of different funds, this may not be very beneficial.

    I have three different funds, depending on the project, and roughly 500 projects, so I don't think this method would work. Also, the amounts vary based on the project.
