Anyone else having trouble connecting to blackbaud proper? I can't even get to support to see what the problem is, and the status page isn't showing any errors…

I just got through to the help line and they have an automated message saying that service is down for BBID customers.3 -

@Lauren Henderson I'm astonished that you could access this forum while BB was down. At the first hint of trouble, I started calling into support. Last week was no fun at all.
