SAO mapping to Enrollment Management

We are using the SAO application exclusively this year which is made up of many parts that can come in randomly during the process. We have the Student Profile mapped to the Application and the recs mapped appropriately but how are other mapping the Parent Statement, Student Essay, Student Short Answers and Parent Insights that are needed to complete the entire application?

Currently, the additional parts are setup as “miscelleanous file types” but I am unable to map them so SAO marks them as completed. Are others using recommendation type for non-recommendation items?

    @Sandra Ross Can you add them to the checklist and map them? I am just throwing out ideas. When we get an SAO that does not have all parts, i have to manually add them to the application.

    Hi Coco, yes, I have the items on the checklist as miscellaneous file types. The issue is that they are not coming from SAO thru the File Submission process nor being marked as completed. Wondering if I need to make them recommendation types. Currently we are marking those four manually but having to constantly check the SAO dashboard to see if/when they are completed.
