List Gift constituent_Id parameter has a limit?

When using the Gift List API, specifying a "certain" number of constituent_id causes the API to fail unexpectedly. I open a Blackbaud Support ticket, but posting here as well.

Blackbaud acknowledged the bug and provided a fix via a new API end point for listing gifts:
