Get attachments for specific transaction

We use the transactiondistributions endpoint to show a list of transactions. We would also like to give our users a link to quickly view attachments related to each transaction, but have been unable to find a way to do so. Are attachments at the transaction level available through the API?

    @Eddie Barker Are there attachments available via the API at any level - i.e., if a transaction has a project code on it, can we obtain the project attachment? If the transaction was part of a batch, can we work back to the batch attachments? Can we obtain the type (source) of the transaction (i.e., AP, AR, and the like?) and work back to an invoice attachment?
