Regions Credit Cards pulling to wrong credit card/user in Expense Management

Hello,

Has anyone had an issue where the Regions credit card charges are all correct in Regions, but then pull to a different user in Exp. Management? We have two users with similar last 4 digits of their credit card (only 1 # different) and the charges are pulling to the wrong person.

The credit cards #s are assigned to the correct people in Exp. Management and the feeds in Region are correct.

Just thought I'd reach out to see if anyone else has found this issue happening.

  • @Josceline Reardon We are having the same problem. Ours is with Bank of America. We have worked with Blackbaud support and the only solution they have given is to reduce our number of cards. Would love to know if you find a solution to this issue. It is very frustrating.
