Register Interest for an Event

Hello, What is the best way on RE to register interest for an event in response to a Save the Date? This would allow us to gauge how well the event has been received. Following which, the invites will be sent. And how can this be automated? Thanks.

    @Sonal Dhadphale - You could repurpose an event form (either NXT or OLX) to gather interest, or utilize a third-party online census form. You'll have more control on the user experience and questions asked with the latter. There is a potential that utilizing Power Automate's connectors to RE NXT you could automate this process.     @Sonal Dhadphale great question! Welcome to the Community. @Austen Brown always has some great suggestions!

    You are able to select the option of Interested in Events under the RSVP status in web view, although it's not something that can be done via an event form to my knowledge, so it would not be automated. You still have the option, though, if you are not ready to dive into Power Automate.
    I do like the idea of a census form. You could always take those results and upload them to the event as participants and then mark them as Interested that way, too.
