Payment for Program Registration Not Posted to Constituent File

Hello Altru enthusiasts,

Trying to crack a mystery here. A constituent made a payment for early bird registration for an event. Later, that same constituent made another payment for regular sale registration for the same event. Now, the constituent file only has record for the regular sale payment - the early bird payment is not on their record.

However, when I query our revenue, I'm able to find the early bird payment and confirm it's associated with the correct constituent. Why is it not appearing on the constituent record under revenue, sales orders, or anywhere else?

    Hi @Tyler DelVecchio,

    When you create the query, you're able to view both payments?

    And both payments tied to the same Constituent Lookup ID? (I know you mentioned this. Just double checking to ensure a duplicate record wasn't created with one of the orders).

    Would both transactions have created Sales Orders? And if so, when you're in the query, can you see the Sales Order Lookup ID for each order?
