Setting up the Power BI Connector

I seem to be receiving permissions errors after successfully connecting to the Power BI Custom Connector

Pretty much all the tables give me this error, although I authenticated as myself. Is this an easy fix that I'm just overlooking? I'm seeing a lot of mixed information in the Blackbaud site and our rep just referred me to the same documents I used to set this up…and this page to get assistance.

I found the application's scope and approved the scope changes on the marketplace end. I'm not sure what more is needed beyond that, I can't find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  • Got it. This is now resolved. I had to clear the permissions on the Power BI end and reauthorize. I thought refreshing would be enough but it was not.

  • @Brad Luhta Can you please advise how you cleared permissions and reauthorised? I am getting the same error and can't get it to go away. Some guidance would be much appreciated. Thanks :)
