NXT Email Consent

Good morning!
I wanted to get a feel for how everyone is using consent. I am not liking the verbiage that's included on the auto-reply. When a constituent chooses to opt out of the email, the verbiage states “you will no longer receive emails from ”Your Institution Name Placed at the Bottom of the Email". This is inferred as all email communications from the institution, not just the subject of the email received. I wanted to see what others were doing to manage this.

@Erin Moriarty - Unfortunately the opt-out autoresponder cannot be edited, you are welcome to add an idea to the RE NXT Idea Bank. When a constituent unsubscribes via NXT Email Marketing the system marks that specific email as “DNC” (aka Do Not Contact), this will prevent it from receiving messages moving forward. You can link in a consent business rule to work with the NXT opt-out process, which can apply solicit codes to records - this is what some orgs use to ‘unsubscribe’ a record versus a single email. At the end of day you should always do what is best for your org.
