After spending many weeks setting up 12 RE NXT event forms, we've just learned that international registrants are not possible. Launch is in two days. We are beside ourselves. They have offered that we can switch to Online Express. Not happnin'!

For any school that offers online events, this is an outrageous limitation!

If your school is nearby Canada, or if you think you will ever sponsor a virtual event, please consider voting for this idea (RE7-I-5869) in the Idea Bank. The idea name is “Allow NXT Event Registration Forms to Accept Addresses Outside of the United States”

Please let Blackbaud know that this is an urgent feature!!

@Tamara Photiadis - There is a workaround. If you do not require address on the form, international users should be able to use it.

@Austen Brown Thank you, Austen, for your reply. For us, a major point of RE NXT events is to gather addresses for whom we can mail fundraising materials. I appreciate having a temporary workaround, but since we are located close to Canada, we would really like to have the option of collecting addresses. Will you please vote for our idea? Thank you so much!
