List Constituents- Using Past Time in the Modified On or After (missing person)

I've noticed something strange when I was looking for modified records and using Past Time. I modified a record today. When I put 1 Day and 1 week in the “Get Past Time” my person appears.

When I put 1 Month in Past Time he disappears- he isn't listed in the output for List Constituents.

The person's date modified is: "date_modified": "2023-02-08T08:40:28.707-05:00",

I counted how many records are returned to see if I was over the limit but there were 1200 records.

Has this happened to anyone else?

    Pardon if you've already tried this. By default the limit returned in the API/Connector is 500 records. If you know you're going to have more than that (1200), you'd have to explicitly mention that in the “Limit" field (up to 5000). I'd try that first.

    @Glen Hutson- Thanks Glen that worked! I thought it would automatically pull all records up to 5000. Now I know to put it there if I know I will have more than 500 records.

    Glad that worked. I know I've had several times I've been proverbially yelling at the screen about something until I realized there was that one “switch” I just needed to flip.
