    @Debbie Jackson, I use the type grant to differentiate between reimbursable grants and program grants. I change the status to “inactive” when we're done with them. Hope this will help!

    @Catalina Randall That does help…however I set up a grant in BB. then I went to assign rev and expenditures to it and there was not a field to link the rev and expenditures to the grant? Do you know what I am doing wrong?

    under configuration, we set up a transaction code for Grants, then under tables we set up Transaction Code 1 to list all our grants under this table. That way when you enter your journal entries you can select the appropriate grant for your revenue and expenses. Not sure if this helps but this is how we track our grant activtiy
