Webhooks to connect to a Customer Data Platform

Do you need to create a “service” or app in Raiser’s Edge that will send and receive webhooks?

We are currently working on connecting Raiser’s Edge NXT to a CDP platform via webhooks. We would like Raiser’s Edge to fire a webhook to notify the CDP there is a change in a Constituent. The CDP would then send a webhook back to get the constituent data from Raiser’s Edge

Any suggestion on the best path to accomplish

    @Tami Huckfeldt you might want to have a look at our Datawise Webhook Processor which supports Blackbaud SKY (as well as Mailchimp).

    UPDATE: This is the link for the Blackbaud version:

    The Datawise Webhook Processor accumulates real-time event data into a cloud database which you can access to update your CRM or auxiliary databases, export or report on, etc.

    In your case, you may still want to rehome the data Datawise stores on a dedicated MySQL database, but that would depend on your use case. It's pretty flexible.
