Do other Altru users add their service vendors through the merchandise vendor utility?

    @Laura Chaney Oh - No, we don't do that. That is in our Quickbooks. I did actually just add a merchandise vendor for income through our vending machines. We get a certain percentage of sales each month and if we were selling it ourselves, it would be merchandise. It is not a donation so I didn't want the income to hit the hierarchy.

    Edited to add: This did not work the way I expected because each month the amount will be different so the workaround is to set the merchandise price higher than expected, then use an adjustable discount to get to the exact amount of the check.
