Sharing Dashboards with External Users beyond 10 days

Does anyone know of a way to share a Dashboard with a user that doesn't have an expiry date? We need to share with our board and a funding partner and it would be nice if the one link would be accessible anytime they need it without staff having to resend the link every 10 days.

Alternatively, is there a way to email the updated dashboard link with the new password automatically on a schedule? I was told this used to be possible but isn't any longer.

    @Marilyn Field If you are referring to Dashboards in RE NXT, whenever you share the link, tell the person you are sending it to, to Save the Dashboard as their own. This way they can view it anytime they want.

    @Joe Moretti Thanks for the suggestion. This works for those who have accounts and access to your database, however, the people I am sending the dashboard to are outside of our system and don't have accounts. I'm looking for a way to be able to either extend the time the link works (at present it is 10 days) or to have an automated process where the link either refreshes without it being a separate link, or to send an action reminder to refresh the link and resend, preferrably automatically without staff having to manually send the email link.

    @Marilyn Field I just realized you meant non-users. I am not aware of a way to do that without resending all the time or make them a user with just viewing rights to certain items.

    @Joe Moretti I think we may have found an “almost” solution. It appears if you go into the dashboard properties and resave it, the same link is still active and the date extends to 10 days from the day it was resaved. We've tested it and it appears to be working but we'll have to wait until after Mar 11 to see if the link continues to be usable (the share date was updated to Mar 16, so we believe it will work, but better to know before sharing with our external funders). It will mean we will have to set a schedule for updating (we'll likely just make it a task to do the same day each week to ensure we don't miss the deadline), but at least it won't be a complete sending of a new link and password, and the “guest user” can save the link and password without having to change all the time.
