    We are just in the process of migrating from RE to CRM - I was using RE for 9 years and this forum has been invaluable, I'm hoping to be just as involved with the CRM community :)

    I have been using or supporting BBCRM for 11 years. I worked for 3 years on the BBCRM and BBIS support team at Blackbaud. Then worked for 3 years at Dignity Health on their Philanthropy Systems team and the last 5 years as the Director of IT and World Hope International.
