Anyone Have Issues with Batches Not Posting to GL?

We're a nonprofit with about 15-16k number of gifts annually and we integrated FE and RE over the summer. Since then there's been several incidents of batches not posting to our General Ledger in Financial Edge but are still marked as posted on the RE side even after the user has done so in RE. We reconcile on a monthly basis and saw that this happened for numerous batches on December 8 and December 9. When I spoke to a support tech they were unable to confirm if there were any outages on either date. Has anyone else with FE/RE integration had such issues? The only answer I've been able to get from Blackbaud about this several times was the offer to help us post them to FE but no further explanation why they didn't in the first place.

    Hi Eric, I wish I could be of assistance but we are running into the same issue. We have multiple gifts that are “posted” in RE but are not showing up in an entry in FE. Have you been able to find a solution? I just reached out to support to see if there is a report/query I can run that would show gifts posted by day. Not the post date but the day RE has record of the gift getting pulled into FE. I would really appreciate if you let me know if you found a solution and I will do the same.
