Blackbaud for Outlook add-in not working

We have the Blackbaud for Outlook add-in installed, but we keep receiving the message that “This page is no longer accesible to users of Internet Explorer.” We've made sure that both Windows and our microsoft office products meet the minimum requirements, but seems that Outlook still won't default to using Microsoft Edge.

Has anyone had this happen? Solutions?

    What version of Outlook are you running? We found that the fix was upgrading to a newer version of Outlook.

  • @Lawrence Rush I was in the Marketplace this morning and noticed that Blackbaud for Outlook was asking for new Permissions. I approved that. Wondering if that might be hampering things??

  • Update: Turns out we did in fact have an older version of Outlook. We didn't initially realize the difference between build versions and version numbers. We would need to purchase a new Office suite in order to upgrade and have the plug-in work.

  • @Lawrence Rush Not sure if it helps but we have SmartOUTLOOK for any Outlook version and RE DB view and RE NXT web view. Get in touch if you are interested or Google will tell the answers!
