Can Schools use the CRM API?

Still trying to wrap my head around the SKY ecosystem here. There are fields in the Constituent API that don't appear in the Schools API, is there overlap? For example is a Teacher/Faculty also a constituent or is there some other API available to get data on Teacher/Faculty besides the Schools API?

    SKY API is for all Blackbaud SkY products. However you can only use the endpoints for the products your school has.

    You can only get Education Management data from the School endpoints, not from CRM endpoints.

    If your school also has Raisers Edge NXT, then you could use additional endpoints for that, but they only return RE NXT data.

    For example, if you have faculty data in RE NXT for fund raising, then you could get that from an RE NXT endpoint, but you'd still have to use the School endpoints to get their teaching schedule.

    Some products integrate data, such as some data in Core in Education Management, like phone numbers and such. If if a school has the data integrated to both Education Management and RE NXT, then you could use either RE NXT or School endpoints to get that shared data.

    Most schools do not have CRM.

    @Bryna Gleich thanks! Yea I believe they do not have CRM. I was really hoping for more parity between what we see in the Core dashboard and some API and Constituents seemed closer then what we're getting in the Schools endpoints, but we'll make due!
