Viewing invoice attachments in Vendor Activity Summary

This may already be a post - but it would be very helpful to be able to see what invoices have attachments when looking at the Vendor Activity Summary (not just when searching invoices under the invoice tab).

    @Heather Craig Don't know if this is what you are trying to get or not or if the Vendor Activity Summary is a report or what you are referring to. If you are in NXT, go to Vendors and it should show you all the vendors. You can add a column on the main screen to show attachments. It will show a paper clip on the vendor if there is an attachment on file.

    @Sharelle Buyer Thanks, Sharelle - I'm in the particular Vendor record and looking at all their invoices under the section “Vendor Activity Summary”. You can choose to show a lot of column information, but not if an individual invoice already has an attachment (which will show if you are looking under the Invoice tab. We are working to upload scans of all our invoices as we grow into FE NXT and it would be really helpful to know which are needed quickly by vendor.

    @Heather Craig Got it. That would be nice. We are in the same process - just started attaching invoices to each invoice. There is no attachment column to add in that particular screen, only the main screen where it shows all vendors. Maybe throw that out on the Blackbaud ideas page.
