It's almost the end of school year 2022-2023 and would like to see for those of you that use FACTS tuition management with Blackbaud FENXT how the process has been? Are we still doing uploads to get FACTS data into Blackbaud? Or, are we just posting data from FACTS into FENXT with the push of a button? We are in the process of migrating to Blackbaud and any thoughts will be beneficial!

    @Ileaness Bonilla If you have the advanced accounting function in FACTS, it generates a journal entry. You'll either have to upload it through Excel add-on or manually enter in Blackbaud. No push of the button upload available.

    @Sharelle Buyer Hello Sharelle! Thank you for your response. We learned two days ago from our representative from FACTS that we will be able to add the same fields we will use in Blackbaud to our FACTS transactions. FACTS has a field for Projects which is what we need. J. We are just in the early stages of implementation in Blackbaud but we hope everything will transfer smoothly from FACTS to Blackbaud! I will update this post when it happens! TY!
