Is there a way to give READ ONLY access to a user? Want them to be able to see all data but not change anything.?

Also looking for a way to do this in GE Classic.

    Hi @Judy Kavanagh In the Database View, there is a Sample Read Only Security Group. This can be customized for your needs. Plus if you have the optional View Only Licenses, there would be a checkbox for User can view data but cannot make changes. I would recommend that the new user use the Webview. It is much more user friendly and visually pleasing.

    Hi, Judy. As Mark mentions, you can purchase “View Only Licenses” fairly for your business/campus partners. With these, you grant view-only access based on project IDs or some other coding like Division or Department. This works very well for us at the University of West Georgia Foundation and Athletic Foundation. If you want to discuss further, please give me a call at 678-839-4161.
