Pulling Org Contacts for an Email

Hello,

How does everyone here organize their Org Contacts for Email pulls?

Obviously, unless and Email Type is on the Org1 Tab, Contacts will not be pulled.

Have any of you found a way around this? We want to organize Contacts for an Email blast.

    @Andrew Scott - I recommend you take a look at OLX; you can email to relationship records within that platform.

    @Andrew Scott - I meant Online Express (OLX). I am not sure if NetCommunity can do this, I have limited experience with that platform.

    @Austen Brown yes I have just done a test through OLX….One can specific “Position” but not Contact Type. Still waiting for the test email though.

    @Andrew Scott - The alternatives would be to put the contact's email on the org's record and utilize RE NXT Email Marketing as you initially hoped, or send the email through your own outlook. There is the possibility you could do something in Power Automate, but if you are not already familiar with that app it will not be an immediate solution.

    @Andrew Scott First off, you have to have a Contact Type for the Contact of the Org. And of course the contact person has to have an email. Use database view and export the contact name along with the contact email in Relationships.

    The key is to make sure you have a contact type in your database be it Primary Contact, Secondary or President/CEO/Owner, Press, Senior Staff, whatever your org finds beneficial.

    RE NXT tends to not be so useful until it becomes a complete 100% finished product, which it is not even close to being.

    @Joe Moretti Hi Joe. Yes, we have all that in our system. I see that OLX WILL email to Relations, BUT only by Relationship Type, which is not exactly what we are looking for. AND after a couple of tests, the email did not get to a couple of dummy records I set up.
