Learning Profile "Prefill"

When creating learning profiles, my counselors used to have the option to “prefill” the students information. Then my counselor would make a change here or there for each individual student. With the new profile updates, the prefill option seems to have disappeared and he has to fill in the same information for multiple students. With this button removed, it has added a significant amount of time to a process that used to be much quicker.

Does anyone know if this prefill button is coming back? Or perhaps there is a new way to load this information?

    Hi @Maria Binette!

    This was a miss by us in the general availability release so was not available initially. We added support for the functionality this week, but it is now in slightly different location.

    Rather than seeing a prefill button when a user clicks Add learning profile, they can now select the exact active learning profile they want to copy from by selecting the context menu next to it on the tile and clicking “Copy learning profile”. The same information that prefilled using the Prefill button on the old page will be displayed in the modal that pops up when using clicking this option.

    Many apologies for the miss on our part by not including that functionality at the release!
