moving from iDonate to BBMS

Has anyone made the move recently? We're going from RE7 to RENXT next month & our iDonate contract ends in Sep. What is the transition like?

    @Greg Burton moving payment gateway is not generally covered in your migration package. You should speak to your account representative. There is a service BB sells to migrate information from other gateways into BBMS. The data will pass from your current processor to BBMS. You will not get a copy of the data as everything is encrypted. The data can only be passed from one vendor to another. I have worked at an organization whthatich encountered this situation.

    We have made the move from Day of Giving platforms and it is as Lucy outlines, the recurring gifts is done behind the scenes if the vendor/gateway will work with you on doing it. We are on iDonate and would not move to BBMS, it feels like we would be going backwards, especially if you do allot of email campaigns and pass along variables within your URL to the forms.
