Sharing my Power Automate Flow: Notify Gift Officer When Someone in Portfolio has made a gift

The last flow had a few connections that I didn't take out, so I'm reposting.

This flow notifies fundraisers when someone in their portfolios make a donation.

NOTE: In order to include soft credit gifts, you’ll need to expand the options for “if yes” and “if no” after Condition 2 is met. Be sure to apply all changes to both tracks.

Items to consider:

• You will need to connect to your database
• Change the relationship types to match those in your database
• You will need to update the database ID in the url in the body of the email. The database ID can be found in the NXT url at the top of any page, and is the long alpha-numeric string in the url between “envid=p-“ and “&svid” (as an example, the database ID is “Vv6mq3sS3EK3kt6tzDu0Yg” in this string - https://host.nxt.blackbaud.com/gift/page/<giftid>?envid=p-Vv6mq3sS3EK3kt6tzDu0Yg&svcid=renxt
• You’ll also need to update the “From” in Advanced Email Options
