How to reassign admin access

Hello community,

Our developer account admin left the company and we forgot to reassign this role to one of our current developers, locking us out of being able to update our account.

Any guidance on how we could proceed?

I tried chat support last week but it gave me a contact who has yet to reply to us.

    Thank you for responding! Fortunately we were able to reassign the role by linking our lead engineer's email address to our previous admin Edlink email address, enabling our lead to gain access to the account.

    We are good to go ?
