Using Microsoft Power Automate: how to add an action to an existing constituent?

I recently followed this tutorial on how to take microsoft form answers to make a new constituent. It works GREAT, and will be super helpful.

Except, we're using our volunteer form for this and many volunteers are already in the database. Is there a way to use power automate to add an action to an existing constituent? What connectors do I use? Thanks!
